With Summer approaching the entire city is dreaming of vacation and a reprieve from all of their woes. This strong wish is granted in the Great Mage Festival in which everyone in the entire city can celebrate. For the fighters there is the sanctuary sponsored tournament in which bouts may be waged on an honorable ground. For the party-goers there are firework shows ran by Llyr Lunette. Lastly there is a grand area for the shoppers and the sellers, booth spots to sell your wares being decently priced for all. But for every great event there are also downfalls, such as the occasional overly brute fight, the swindlers, or the cheats. Still everyone looks on the Great Mage Festival with extreme anticipation and everyone is free to join in. It is held in A Piacere District and only comes once a year so be sure to get in while you can~!

The rules of the tournament are simple. Blades are sheathed with magic to cut no skin unless by shear brute force (meaning breaking of the magic or blunt force) so that no serious damage can be done. No fights will be conducted in malicious intent. If anyone is seen breaking this rule they will be ejected from the tournament without question.
