APPEARANCE:Kieve is a very skinny young man. He only stands at 5'2", so he doesn't appear very imposing in terms of height, but his attire makes him appear rather frightening. The golden pointed mask he wears over his face covers his eyes completely, making it seem like he walks blind while giving him a somewhat mystical air about him. It is rare, if ever, that an honest smile is seen on Kieve's face, as the only smiles he ever expresses are smug or twisted.
Kieve wears dark clothing, usually greens and blacks accented by slightly lighter colors. On his sleeves he has two orange/brown dangling pieces of cloth with metal rings on the end, sometimes he uses those as weapons. Kieve's hair is a pale looking green, sometimes gray in the right light and seems to spike to the side.
PERSONALITY:Kieve is a very cynical person and doesn't even contemplate opening up to people. The young man feels the need to distance himself from others, seemingly finding people a detestable subject. When interacting with strangers, usually only if fully required, Kieve is extremely short and harsh in his manor of speaking. This anger at people makes him seem entirely cold-hearted upon first meeting and makes it impossible for him to make a good impression on a stranger.
In his private time, Kieve seems to enjoy tranquility. Enjoy being a very alterable word in the sentence. In a quiet place of nature there's an unsettling air of peace about Kieve. He doesn't think people are worth speaking of, but nature brings him an unspoken happiness and in places that revere nature he is usually starkly silent. This silence is nothing like how Kieve usually acts, because he is not cold or harsh then, but seemingly filled with a transcending wisdom only given by nature.
BIOGRAPHY:Kieve Viho was born to the chief of the Recital tribe and a well-known magical trainer. His mother was famous for her skill and his father commanded the entire tribe, so Kieve was always treated with high regard by all in the tribe. Since a young age he always recalled feeling like he was worth more than those who waited on him, being told constantly that he was a very important person to the tribe and that some day he would rule over all of it. Kieve didn't want to though. The young man felt that ruling people so far below him would be a waste of his time, and as he grew he also became cynical of his fate. His father, still thinking that his son would some day follow in his footsteps and become the chief, began to have all of the best training his son in combat and how to properly train magic.
While Kieve had no intentions of doing what his father wished he still received the training rather readily, knowing that it would come in handy once he was old enough to decided what he wanted to do with his life. By the age of twelve Kieve was a deadly force to mess with, one of the deftest warriors in the tribe and a very talented magic trainer. His father was proud of his boy and insisted that he ready himself further in matters of the chief, but Kieve wasn't having it. The young man insisted that he would rather not become chief, enraging his father. After burning the bride to his own father, Kieve had become somewhat of an outcast in his tribe. No one met his eyes or dared help him in moments of need anymore when they used to jump at his every need. The peculiar change was new to Kieve but he took it in strides. As a young child he was still very capable.
His mother, still a renown figure among the trainers, felt bad for her son being outcast by simply going against her husband's wishes so she snuck him aide whenever no one else in the tribe was about. Even though her son was becoming questionable in personality she still loved him and made sure he was well cared for. One night, when she was tending to Kieve, his father happened upon them. The chief's outrage wasn't containable and Kieve's mother was sent into exile. She was no longer welcome within the tribe and left rather grudgingly, feeling only guilt that she couldn't care for her son. The chief didn't however exile his son, as he still held the slight belief that he could break the boy into his fate as chief by the pain he went through every day. And Kieve did suffer every day, but he was too proud to allow anyone to see him.
Years passed and Kieve continued to train himself. His stole time away, hiding in nature to quietly build upon what his father had created. Kieve's only wishes were to bring ruin upon his father. Soon the tribe was on the move again though, driven by his father and a mysterious shard of crystal that brought them to the city of Symphony. There the troubles of the miasma were the strongest and Kieve's father said they must help the magic bearers in the city. Kieve had different plans though, as he quickly stole the magic of the first person he could find and slit her throat. Little did Kieve know he had killed the Tier 7 muse in his mad dash for any form of magic ability. With that, an act entirely taboo in their clan, Kieve's father banished him and told the tribe that if they were ever to see Kieve after that they must kill him. It was exactly what Kieve wished though, because his act of defiance set shadows on his father's character. Many tribe members whispered of how the chief might not be reliable if his son was such a monster. Upon his rejection from the clan Kieve's tribal name was changed to 'Thief Heart' and insult within their ranks.
After leaving the rest of the tribe in Symphony, Kieve decided to settled in the Soprano district, finding their connection to nature the most desirable. Kieve also decided to change his attire, cut his long hair, and don a mask. This wasn't to escape the eyes of his tribe, but rather to give him a new start. At sixteen Kieve felt like he was starting life anew, though his burning hate towards his clan and his father wasn't likely to fall away as easily as his cut hair.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:Kieve was covered in her blood. That woman served him well in the short time he knew her and she had a surprisingly vast number of healing spells within her. Kieve wondered what her name was or what she was doing. It didn't matter though. Her skills would come in handy, but her death had granted him a release. What a funny concept, Kieve thought with a dark smile, that the act of releasing someone else from their claim on life should give him a release somewhat similar. If it were not for her death he would still be wrapped tightly in his father's dreams. That man was the very bane of Kieve's existence.
Kieve looked down on his appearance once more, wondering what he would do from this point on or where he would go. Kieve had skills. Perhaps he could pick up odd jobs, make some money, and find a way to fit into the city. Or maybe he would just raise hell until a place was made for him. Kieve's hands were crimson with blood and he thought, perhaps, he had raised enough trouble for this city for now. That woman, the one he could never know, seemed like she may be important. One random murder from the recital tribe would be enough though to startle the city into hating his kind. Oh how Kieve's own father would struggle with this matter.
For now Kieve had accomplished just what he wanted. With a deep breath he hummed a tune to heal the slight cut he had received on his arms. The magic came forth slowly, as if it were reluctant to heed his calls. The magic of Symphony was certainly a peculiar thing and it would take much practice for him to grow adjusted to it. "This magic is absolutely ridiculous. I've never touched such a stupid style of magic before. Perhaps I stole the wrong kind." Kieve's voice was harsh as he finished healing himself. It certainly would take getting used to, but the magic was worthy enough to hold onto. Not like he could just return it to the owner anyway. Kieve's eyes cast back down to his ruined clothing once more and he remembered he needed to find something new to wear.
Kieve didn't want to try to salvage his attire. Since he was making a new life against his father and away from his brethren Kieve would have to find something new. Something dynamic. Something worthy of him. Tangled green hair tumbled over his shoulder as he leaned down to straighten his clothing. It too had some crimson scattered within. The young man had clearly not been as careful as he would have liked, but that was no matter. Perhaps he should change that as well, Kieve thought, taking his long hair into his hands. In the blink of an eye he had cut away the majority of the length. Hanging onto the past was foolish when it was all he wanted to escape. No, now was the time to start anew. Kieve grinned cruelly as he made his way through the city, covered in blood from their dying hopes.
