To qualify to own a stall in the market you must have a good posting track record. You character should live in Soprano or at least spend most of their time there (students do have the ability to have a weekend spot in the market). For you, the role player, I'm going to request you don't apply until after you have at least 25 posts. The stalls in this market can be whatever you'd like them to be so long as they fit within the description of what the market it about.
When it comes to owning a nice little slice of land in the fields you should have at least 20 posts before applying and can grow whatever you like. Owning land can be the perfect way for your character to make a living and maybe you'll sell that stuff at the market!
